Most platforms hand wealth managers a shelf of products and leave the work to them. Banyan Bridge does the cooking: we research, verify, and organize the entire tokenized market so a single professional can build institutional-quality portfolios for every client, not just the largest ones.

Tokenization is putting real assets, private credit, private equity, real estate, treasuries, and equities, on better rails: fractional minimums, near-instant settlement, 24/7 liquidity, and real-time reporting. What has been missing is the infrastructure to actually invest across it. Public positions, private funds, and tokenized assets each live on separate platforms, with no unified, household-level view.

We are building the layer that connects them: one place to research, construct, purchase, and manage tokenized assets across every asset class, from a single seat. One KYC, one account, one report, one after-tax view. We are a fiduciary sub-advisor, native to tokenization from day one and powered by AI.

We launch with bespoke alternative portfolios at accessible minimums, the product private wealth managers usually reserve for their largest clients, opened to every investor who qualifies. Like the banyan, whose roots grow down until they become bridges, we connect real-world assets to the people allocating to them.

Ram Ramaswamy is a distinguished investment executive with over 24 years of experience across global markets, bringing exceptional expertise in investing, asset allocation and risk management. His investment acumen spans equities, fixed income, credit, foreign exchange, commodities, hedge funds, and private markets globally.

At Goldman Sachs, Ram was instrumental in investing across multiple asset classes, taking GP/LP stakes in asset managers, creating sophisticated asset allocations, pioneering investment solutions for Private Wealth clients, and growing their OCIO business. At Neuberger Berman, he architected the innovative NB Custom Direct Investing (CDI)™ platform, scaling it from concept to over $3 billion in assets under management.

His extensive network of elite financial professionals and proven ability to navigate complex market environments, including unwinding billions in derivatives during the 2008 Global Financial Crisis, position him as a transformative force in asset and wealth management.

Ram builds high-performing teams with deep subject matter expertise while delivering sophisticated, tailored investment solutions that anticipate market evolution. His unwavering commitment to fiduciary responsibility has earned exceptional client trust throughout his career. Ram holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
